After years of working with women across the globe, I found profound success with Shadow Work and how it aids significant change in our lives.

By bringing awareness to our underlying needs by uncovering our Shadows through NLP modalities and subconscious reprogramming, we can discover repressed parts of ourselves where we can learn to integrate these learnings to allow us to thrive.

During my Shadow Healing journey with Betty, I could open up and share some of the things I thought I had already conquered. I gained valuable insight into generational trauma and how it has influenced my thoughts and actions.

I decided to work with Bettina after we became friends, and it has been an invaluable experience. At first, like many of us, I was in doubt and thought seeking a psychologist would be a better option, but I misunderstood what life coaching was. Doing 1:1 coaching with Bettina has given me so much access to her whenever I need to, unlike talking to a psychologist for only 45 minutes every session, and then you have to wait for the next session in 7 days.
